GOLD WEDDING PACKAGE

Included in the GOLD WEDDING PACKAGE:

  • Recommendations on the selection of a destination, as well as a resort. Additionally, provide the bride and groom with details of resort and wedding packages

  • Initial wedding budget planning for 50 – 100 guest(s)

  • Verify the availability of wedding date at resort and advise on location for ceremony as well as reception

  • Compile a detailed list of guests’ arrival, departure, and rooming information.

  • Send guests monthly payment reminders & wedding updates

  • Reply to all guest inquiries via email/telephone

  • Flexible payment and deposit schedules offered that is suitable to each of your guest's budget.

  • Help client (s) finalize destination wedding location

  • Assistance with contract review and negotiation

  • Transportation & accommodation coordination for all guest

  • Handling of final details including final payments to resort

This package option starts at $200.00

 Our Gold wedding package is designed for the couple who simply would like assistance specifically with their guests travel accommodations. Fab Destination Weddings will provide services exclusively in the role of a travel coordinator.

DIAMOND WEDDING PACKAGE

Included in the Diamond Package:

  • All services outlined in the Gold Package

  • Provide consultation on themes, designs, and ideas

  • Verify the availability of wedding date at resort and advise on location for ceremony as well as reception

  • Plan & Coordinate the wedding ceremony & reception with the resort 

  • Maintain scheduled and on-going communication with the wedding coordinator; with timely updates to the bride and groom.

  • Consult on all details of the ceremony and reception

  • Create 2-3 customized Wedding newsletters for notifications to all guest

  • Assist with preparations such as save the dates, invites, and thank you cards

  • Create detailed schedule of your wedding day itinerary and distribute to your wedding vendors 

  • Vendor management and communication

  • Optional creation of wedding & events timeline for the wedding guest

This package option starts at $650.00

 Our Diamond wedding package is designed with services for the couple who desires assistance in every aspect of their wedding with the exception of onsite presence at the booked destination to oversee day of events. You will receive hands-on assistance with every step of the wedding planning process. Fab Destination Weddings will finalize all details with the onsite wedding coordinator prior to your departure to your destination and will make available all information to present onsite at the resort for your pre-wedding meeting.

PLATINUM WEDDING PACKAGE

Included in the Platinum Package:

  • All services outlined in the Diamond Package

  • Fab Destination Weddings will coordinate and schedule up to three additional events for your group such as welcome party, rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, and any tours or excursions with the resort and wedding guests.

  • Apply guests deposits/Monthly payment transactions

  • Send guests monthly notifications payment reminders & wedding updates

  • Reply to all guest inquiries via email/telephone

Services provided on day of wedding:

  • As your onsite wedding coordinator, Fab Destination Weddings will arrive to the resort one day prior to your wedding.  This will allow for adequate time to communicate with resort staff, vendors, the bride and groom; and begin pre-ceremonial preparations.  

  • This package includes 8-10+ hours of coordinator services on the day of the wedding, to be determined by Fab Destination Weddings.

  • ​Oversee all vendor commitments and set up to ensure all obligations are to the requested standards

  • ​​Ensure all events remain on schedule throughout the entire day based on the time allocated, from photographs, ceremony, reception, etc. so that all events flow smoothly, and are executed flawlessly

  • ​Provide wedding day emergency kit that includes, but is not limited to sewing materials, hair pray, duct tape, glue gun, bobby pins, collar extenders, stain removers and any additional items to come to aid in any type of mishap

  • ​Acceptance and assistance with distribution of bouquets, corsages and pinning of boutonnieres to the bridal party, to ensure all boutonnieres and corsages are pinned correctly and uniformly

  • ​Assistance with pre-ceremony and post-ceremony photography, to ensure efficient used of time and remain on schedule

  • Commitment to provide 5 star customer service and ensure you and your guest have a one of a kind experience.

This package options starts at $1,200 plus travel and accommodations.

Our Platinum wedding package is our total paradise package designed for the couple who desires assistance in every aspect of their wedding including onsite, day of presence to oversee all details of your wedding.  The couple whose dream is to create the wedding of a lifetime but wants to avoid taking a lifetime to plan it. I will coordinate all the minute details so you can spend time enjoying each moment.  Let Fab Destination Weddings ensure from consultation to the last carry –on bag picked up when you arrived home, a blissful experience. This package allows the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests a chance to truly celebrate the occasion, take in the breath-taking views, create memorable experiences and enjoy their trip the entire time.
